PostShame

PostShame was born out of a need to cope with shame on the internet. In the age of the internet where our past lives are often weapons of public shaming, PostShame provides a lens through which we explore who gets shamed for what and why.

As an antidote to this, PostShame provides six steps in the journey of overcoming and dismantling shame. The PostShame conversation continues on the aptly named podcast – Find Your Light – by the founder and host, Adam MacLean.
